SPIZZA PIZZA – NOT EXACTLY SPEEDY BUT WHOLE LOTS OF WOOD FIRED GOODNESS AHEAD – MENU & PRICING

I am pretty sure one way or the other, you have ordered pizza delivery, may it be Pizza Hut, Dominos, Saprino’s, they are just one right away. However sometimes I do miss some really nicely made thin crust pizza, so far for delivery, the best one I have tried will be Spizza when it comes to thin crust, there is an outlet near my home, so I will occasionally ordered from them just to satisfy my cravings for rucola salad and pizza. 🙂

As they said they served wood fired pizza, it does make sense how their price is slightly higher than other pizza joint.

This time round, I ordered as usual their combo set meal, which comes with 2 regular pizza, 1 appetizer or salad, 1 pasta, 1 garlic bread and 1 coke. Cost me $64 for this set – Combo Goloso, but definitely enough to feed 4 adults. Hope you find this review useful for your next pizza delivery options. 🙂

QUICK AND SIMPLE RECIPES – SALAD USING KWEPIE MENTAIKO DRESSING

Spicy fish roe is a delicacies in Japan that it has transform itself to different products. Don’t be surprise if you come across products such as bread, salad dressing, rice balls, potato chips, rice crackers, biscuits with flavours of spicy fish roe (mentaiko).

I am totally a convert to spicy fish roe, the first time I saw my ex-Japanese boss bringing his lunch box packed by his wife, inside his lunch box, it only contains rice, spicy fish roe and a side salad. I was so intrigued that in my Japan trip, I finally bought it from the airport and cooked my first mentaiko spaghetti, and it tasted so yummy and surreal!

The savory of the fish roe and a little hint of spiciness is so addictive, it has zero taste of fishiness yet it is just something that you can’t get your head around, how the flavour can go well with so many food. And from there onwards, I have been hooked, whenever I saw products that is made of spicy fish roe, it will just go straight into my supermarket shopping basket. 🙂

Been there twice within the week, because it is really that good! 🙂

Located at Citylink Mall, this sushi chain has quietly reached our Singapore shore. You will always find a queue over there, because good food news go a mile, and great food news does goes a thousand miles! 🙂

Okay, here is the low down of Sushi Express, basically it is the conveyor belt sushi at its finest. Cheap, Quick & Delicious. Believe it or not, I went back there the second time within the week, just to make sure that it is still that good as what my friend told me, and sure thing, this is for real. 🙂

Have you tried making wraps before? Or Quesadilla which is tortilla wraps grilled on pan.

A Mexican delicacies, my first try in really good tacos and quesadilla when I visited US and Mexico, the beautiful crispy tortilla and the cheesy yet flavourful smoky grilled meat inside is just mouthwatering!

However this dish can set you back quite a bit if you eat at the restaurant too. So for me, I have tried it out making it at home and it is so simple to make, it became an instant hit in our household. 🙂

Ingredients is simple, you can concoct your version with various ingredients you like, but for now, I will just choose the easy and basic one that is good for busy people 🙂
